Sutherland Shire
Landscape construction across the Sutherland Shire.
Sandstone and sloping blocks are the norm here, not the exception — from waterfront Burraneer and Sylvania Waters to the established streets of Gymea, Kirrawee and Miranda.
What we build in Shire
Landscape construction is our most common Shire project. Full rear yard transformations across Cronulla, Caringbah South, Oyster Bay and Woolooware. Pool renovations run heavy here too — the Shire has one of Sydney's highest pool densities, with regular work from Cronulla to Bonnet Bay, Yowie Bay and Lilli Pilli. Retaining walls are close to a given on sloping blocks in Burraneer, Sylvania Waters, Illawong and Menai. Landscape design is often where the conversation starts.
Sandstone sits close to the surface — rock removal is a real factor in Cronulla, Gymea and Engadine, planned for at quoting stage. Waterfront blocks bring their own drainage considerations; tight rear-lane access is common in Woolooware, Miranda and Kirrawee.
We also build in Bonnet Bay, Bundeena, and the surrounding pockets across the Shire.
